Leaving off one or more food groups for more than one day in a week
Eating less than my meal plan for one day
Eating less than my meal plan for more than one day in a week
Skipping a meal one day
Skipping a meal for more than one day in a week
Skipping snacks one day
Skipping snacks for more than one day in a week
Buying laxatives
Buying diet pills
Buying binge food
Exercising more than my plan on one day
Exercising more than my plan for more than two days in a week
Not speaking my mind to my mother/sister/spouse/friend
Feeling fat
Seeking out triggering material
